  About the Role
  The Specialty Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and unit level. The role is responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.

  • Supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated
    
  • Support facility CNO to ensure high quality, safe and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care
    
    
    Requirements
    
    • 
      
    • Graduate of an accredited School of nursing
      
    • 2 years of nursing experience with a minimum one year current experience in their nursing specialty in an Acute Care hospital setting
      
    • Current licensure, certification or registration to practice profession as required by law, regulation in state of practice or policy
      
    • CPR-Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
