Job Description:
A company is looking for an LVN/LPN Clinical Scheduler in Home
Health.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule patient appointments and coordinate care for home health
services
Maintain accurate medical records and data entry related to
scheduling
Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients
regarding scheduling needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
LVN/LPN license preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with scheduling in the medical field, preferably in
homecare
Minimum of one year experience in data entry, word processing,
and/or medical records maintenance
Home Health Scheduling experience preferred
