Job Description:

The Jurisdictional Consultant II will collect and appraise basic information of equipment installations, including nameplate data, construction stamps, sizing, testing, maintenance, operation, and condition.
Candidates for this position shall have a National Board In-service commission and have or obtain state/provincial jurisdictional certificate of competency for the jurisdictions in which they will be providing Jurisdictional services.
The Jurisdictional Consultant II will demonstrate competence in handling field work and related administrative tasks for the most common occupancies and hazards with decreasing guidance and supervision.
The Jurisdictional Consultant II may be asked to conduct incident investigations of pressure equipment at the discretion of the Operations Chief Inspector.

The salary range for this position is $88,400 to $110,500, with the final salary offer varying based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.

• Provide regulatory and jurisdictional consulting services, including consulting on FM Standards and jurisdictional requirements.
  
• Demonstrate competence in handling field work and related administrative tasks for the most common occupancies and hazards with decreasing guidance and supervision.
  
• Conduct incident investigations of pressure equipment at the discretion of the Operations Chief Inspector.
